Just had the mad white dog out in the snow.. He’d likes a good rummage about in it…. And he’s off, into the leisure pool …. A pretty bracing morning for it this morning
Booked the Monkey in for its annual service this Saturday a few weeks ago, and am now beginning to wonder if I can actually be arsed, looking at how cold it’s going to be.
Talking about doing daft things in the cold... The hole was 330 yards and thought I could drive it, with a little added roll, but the danger was a little collection of bushes to the right front of the green. This is how it worked out - behind the bushes was a pond…
Moved stuff around to make room for my track bike in the dining room, (along with the 748R and NC29) so there is room in the utility room for the Pikes Peak, which completed its PDI today. Andy
Not wanting to pee on anyones parade, and I accept it’s a great way to store bikes over the winter, but could that invalidate your house insurance, if there was a fire for instance? Has anyone ever asked the house insurance company for clarification??? The reason I ask is that I want to do this too, the thought of condensation in the garage does my head in
Not by choice but until the 748, NC29 and my road Multistrada find new homes, not got enough space for the number of bikes I've got. The 3 in the house are dry stored, no petrol. Andy
Today I paid for my bike’s service. Tomorrow I’ll be paying for the car’s annual service. This month has been expensive.
Forgive me I don’t play Golf but is that ball where it should be? If it is that seems a good shot, if it isn’t other sports are available.
went for a spontaneous cycle ride after arriving at and discovering local Royal Mail Office closes at 10 am. Milder than i thought and enjoyed it.
Milder ? Didn’t get above 1°C in daylight here I was determined to move the track bike into its temporary new home but that meant going outside, no chance Brrrrr. Andy
