Think Dean and Dao racing need to look at changing manufacturers as the Kwak just doesn't have the legs. Been told that MD had a factory supported Honda hence the high performance by someone that used to build his bikes would love to see Jamie Coward get team/factory ride.. think CC DT will stay at padgetts for 2024. There's lots a new younger riders coming through too which is fantastic for the event both Brown and herbertson for podiums next yr.

Sort of yea, got the new 2023 xxxxxxxx but there wasn't much information on it. Seems they've detuned it for the road market, and now the other model the M1000RR is the bike for racing.
My bike was 60hp down on the front guys, gutting! I was doing 176mph on the main straights and the front guys 200-205mph. But that's life eh, gotta just try and move forward, all part of the game.

I know the bike and the rider, spent an hour or sat in his awning going through the differences. Anyway the bike is up for sale now.

 

I did. I thought it was the same person. That's just what he said himself. I'm not sure though if it's the same person.

 

There was only 1 person racing a 2023 S1000RR at this years TT, had to get dispensation as it hadn't been homologated.

 

Ah right, I presumed there'd have been loads of them. He's an absolutely lovely man.

 

Anyone able to confirm when the steam packet ferry returns go on sale?

Do you know if people who've already reserved tickets and cant make it can transfer them to someone else or do they go back to the February "pot"?

i booked February 14th for this year, with a car £397

 

Kin Ell! only £50.00 more for a car unless they have put it up for next year.
I have just received my first reminder to pay the balance of my reservation (Total £347.00 for bike n rider) Booked May 2023 for TT 2024.
As mentioned above, the balance has to be paid by end of Feb or you lose your deposit and the space is sold in the stampede on 1st March.

 

Fucking hell is that a car and one person or can you squeeze multiple people in?

Also, whats the crack with dogs (unlikely i will take them but just to be sure)....they get put in the kennels on the top floor of the boat if i remember correctly but do you need any paperwork to prove their jabs are up to date or anything?

Thanks Andy confirmed my thoughts actually been on that very ferry in high seas with all the dogs barking so think I’ll swerve that one. Not sure where I’d leave them on a campsite when the racings on either.
