  4. Never quite sure why a round on main line Europe qualifies as a BSB round.

  5. I can understand why Assen was so popular, when for many fans living “up north”, the circuit was closer than Silverstone and Brands Hatch. I have a theory that running a successful round of the BSB at Navarra, opens up JP’s empire to accommodating Spanish competitions. Cynical I know but he’s put a lot of money into revamping the circuit for motorcycle racing and he’ll be looking for a big return on his investment. Andy

  6. I have been told its because one of the main sponsors MSVR have bought the Navarra track in Spain. Money talks...
