Saw this last night, might be of interest to some... Not sure if it's the real deal of replica but looks wrong to me. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/18610827...B0oNPFFVZZpkHWesswNk+5kw==|tkp:Bk9SR4y19fyJYw
That’s a selling point. I was very tempted as it’s so local to me but then I remembered I don’t like single sided rears or belt driven cams , oh and do they have a dry clutch too?
Didn’t exist as a road bike until 1996 IIRC, 916SPA, made for the US market although some found their way to the UK. The bike looks to be someone’s labour of love to create their dream machine, being advertised by a trader. Andy
Others know more about model, year build than me, though I thought the 955SP had casings with different frame to swingarm distance to standard. What throws a red flag to me is the letter from TLM Project Services, which while not dated has to be written after 10.10.2002. I have lived 3 miles down the road from their stated address for the last 25 years. I have never heard of TLM project services and the address given has been the local co-op store for the last 25 years. Definitely not somewhere where motorcycles were worked on.
A cursory search reveals that they were formed as a limited company in year 2000. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03918887
