That's a hefty day! You deserve a sleep in. I'm all good thanks. I don't get on here as much as I'd like because life is a little busier these days with work, Uni and blah blah blah.. I've been planning on getting back in to the racing and getting a bike here but it's SO expensive compared to the UK and as I've done it, and got some great memories, I'm thinking about hanging up the leathers...yeah I know, a struggle to even contemplate but I want to get my skipper's license (sail) and do some sailing now that I'm home and eventually get my own boat. There's so many things I want to do though, just a bit crazy! Get some more diving in...ahhh Good problems to have I suppose!
I still miss racing mate but no chance going back, just can't afford it anyway this pic is awesome ? View attachment 2580 MotoGP 2012: Francia - Le Mans
You know what, I'm sure Vale & Casey have been reading this same post Take a look here - Rossi, Stoner joke about Jerez 2011 | MotoGP News | May 2012 | Crash.Net Both Rossi & Casey now seem to actually get on, I think there's probably been some soul searching from both parties what with all the dramas of late. If you look at the pic Stoner genuinely looks rather happy for Vale, good on em
I think it has a lot to do with pressure. I'm sure Casey has probably felt a huge release of pressure now he has announced the retirement. It's never really an easy thing to do so it must have plagued his thoughts and now it's out there and he can move on. VR was almost expected to not get a result anymore after the start of the year. Because the expectation level drops there is less pressure when you only achieve what everyone expected. Having got second and exceeded expectations that is even better. It's never easy to see the world in the same way when there is huge pressure on your shoulders.
I'm feeling the Vale and Casey love in here! What the hell will we do to take the piss and have a bit of banter about now? It's not normal!!!!!!!!!
