  3. Google maps, and the Internet, shows the co-op as 93, and Fellas take away as 93-95

    Google maps shows it as those two businesses back to 2009

  4. I’m going to guess that the owner owned both the company and the bike, it’s a letter heading with a list of upgrades it doesn’t appear to be an invoice but seems to appear to be at first glance.

    Thereby trying to legitimise the upgrades, I’d be diligent in my checks if I was a serious buyer.

    As you stated it does ring alarm bells.

  5. From companies house it was incorporated in year 2000, and still puts paperwork into HMRC whether it physically operates from that address or just uses such for it’s paper correspondence.
