  1. Having given up rowing, this year's Xmas extravaganza is climbing Aconcagua in Argentina, we head to the hills tomorrow, planned summit day is new years eve

  10. Think it's called false polish glacier route ( not the 'normal' route ) up Via one base camp and down via the other, no real snow/ ice work
    You done it?

  11. No bud but I used to do a little bit of rock climbing, nothing dramatic just 2 pitches at a maximum.

  19. Trail start point turned out to be a UNESCO world heritage site, (Puenta Del Inca) , met a random couple from Brazil, on a MS 1200. after overnighting there we have moved to our first camp proper, currently at around 2800m
