I have a genuine 749r rear linear rate linkage and matching shorter ride height rod going spare, is anyone interested in buying it?
Possibly, how much dosh are we talking about? Am I right in thinking/hoping that this will fit straight in my 999 with Ohlins and the boxy (type II) swingarm?
Physically, it will all fit on a 999 with black swingarm but I believe that one also would need a shock that is set up for that linkage (eg a 749R Ohlins)
Not really sure how much to price it. I’ve not seen any on eBay recently or on here. It’s true the 749r has a shorter stroke but it can be used on a standard shock but will require a stiffer spring than std.
