Dear all Just joined as a newbie today i have owned a few Ducati’s in my life, presently have a non standard 996 bp with single seat conversion with 5 spoke wheels, its a 1998 early one, hopefully when summer arrives i will ride to Europe with a couple of mates. thanks
Hi i have owned for nearly 10years i just love it, i have had 996r, s4rs, M1000s, 749s, 916 senna so a good spread of bikes to judge what i like and this just makes it for me, 996r to scared to ride it, s4rs was not good at speed, m1000s was ok, 749s was sweet, 916 senna was cool but the 996 bp with mods is what i like, i am not a purist i like bikes like my 996
Can't wait to see the pics when complete, I have had quite a few bikes over the years as well and up to now the best handling one for me is the R1 although I haven't really had the chance to properly test the 996sps rep yet, its my first V twin, have a nice day, whats left of it.
