I've been dicked about for a year now, and it'll be at least that again, even for the scan, let alone any actual treatment. Can't say I'm happy about paying, but I'm not waiting any longer.
Slipped the boat back in the water and gave it a quick clean then spent far too long sorting out proof of NCB and getting auto renew turned off with Devitt who make it more work than it needed to be.
Took my 60th birthday present out for a quick spin for the first time since my anniversary. A bit nippy and cold slimy roads in sheltered spots, so not the most spirited of rides, enough to shift a few cobwebs though. Forecast is looking OK for Thursday too, so might venture a little further from home instead of going round in circles.
Downloaded the Auto Trader price tracker plugin, so am having fun seeing how much a lot of high end exotic cars have dropped in the last few months!
Test drove a new car Sunday, took delivery today, subconsciously bought a car that matches the colour of my bike, which was nice.
Did 100 miles on the new V4 Multistrada to try and get to my 600 mile service quickly. Bit cold though!
I have to do the same with my SS. Ive managed 400 miles since September, I’ve booked Monday off as it looks dry and not freezing. Have it booked in for March 1st for service. I’m working most weekends until then.
Wrote the ad to sell the 1299. Now just to put plastics back on and get some good pictures at the weekend. Then get up for sale
