  1. I'm also looking to gauge interest in this item on the forum, again prior to putting it onto FleaBay.

In really good condition, with a satin black shroud, originally costing circa £650 from Ducati.
I'm looking for around £300 and will post a couple of photos as soon as I get a chance.

If yes, then by all means send me a 'pm'.

  3. Price reduction to £265 including delivery in the UK only.
These also fit the 1200 model, so check it out.

  4. Hi Tony.
Is the Exghust a straight swap, plug & play or do you have to mess about with the ECU unit. Kind Regards. Pete.

  5. Hello Pete,
It is a simple swap over and never required any subsequent ECU mod's as far as I know. The exhaust diameter and connection clamp are exactly the same as standard.

I've had it on my bike for circa 3 years or so and not once at every service interval has anything been suggested as necessary to make the bike run better or differently at all. The bike has always run perfectly when this can has been fitted and does make a difference in sound levels to the standard end can set-up. Not manifestly outrageous, but nevertheless, in my mind and ears at least, a sweeter more noticeable sound, especially on going down the box as well as overrun.

I've attached another photo of the can with the shroud attached. I realised having thoroughly cleaned the whole can up, there was some slight paint deterioration towards the underside where it is closer/closest to the exhaust pipe, where heat transfer is greater. I've taken some time to remediate this, prepare with 2-coats of etch primer and re-coated with 3-coats of satin black. It looks great to me, not perfect, however, very decent IMO.
