Hello, Glad to be here and learn from you how to better handle these special and temperamental bikes (so I was told) After more than 30 years riding Japanese bikes, I got my very first Ducati; an 888 Strada. My kids just love how the passenger seat unfolds ) The bike works fine, but hasn't seen a mechanic since I bought it, so I barely rode it. I don't know how it's supposed to behave, so I rather have it looked at before trying it in full. So, I cannot share the experience of riding it yet. It's as original as possible, including the A11/B11 original exhausts and it does sound beautifully. Hope to take it the track eventually, for a pleasant stressful day pretending to know what I'll be doing on a race track. I do have a few other exotic (Japanese) bikes, that I understand may be unholy to mention here )) Hoping to happily read many interesting things here. This is actually my second post. I do need a flat bolt to tame my suicide side stand, so please any directions in that sense are more than welcome. Cheers!
Thanks. Here's something I still had on my phone. The OW is an ex-race bike put back together before I got it, but remains a 750cc. No changes there thankfully It looks stock, but still rides as an ex-race bike
