What's For Dindins?

Paella is a rice based dish is my understanding, so can have other than sea food as part of it’s ingredients?

more anorakism - Paella is simply "frying pan" in Valencia etc.

 

Got a chilli cooking away, and will serve with brown rice & crusty bread

 

Mrs and Daughter love Brown rice’ Son and me prefer White rice, we’ll occasionally agree on Wild rice…..but not ever brown.

 

Only in Valencia though or also in other Cities, Towns, Villages and Hamlets?

 

it's also used in etc me old skillet.

 

Home made cheese and bacon burgers with air fryer french fries. Was lovely.
