Drank far too much last night, on a boys night out. Was hanging out of my arse this morning, so any plans I had for this morning got canned. Managed to get out on the bike this afternoon for a few hours, which was much needed.

 

Same here, dreadful morning. Just dragged my arse to the gym and it was horrific!

 

Agree it can be especially the estate agent and solicitors lying there arse off,
It’s the house hunting what’s out there for the budget and what they decorate to hide things up just remembered stamp duty tax on tax
