Not sure If you want waterproof summer gloves or winter ones? Summer waterproof get something with a gortex bonded laminated lining. I’ve got a pair of these and they are pretty good for 4-5 hrs. The main problem is when you take them off and put them back on in heavy rain then they get wet inside. https://www.motolegends.com/richa-atlantic-gtx-gloves-in-black Plenty of choice and video reviews on Motolegends site
I've had the ver 2 of these for about 5 years, still going strong. Use them down to about 6°C with heated grips. They get a little hot in summer, but you should not need to use them as much in the heat. https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/495607
One thing to check with waterproof gloves is make sure the liner is bonded to the outer as there is nowt more annoying than pulling your hand out and the liner comes with it & then trying to stuff that back in whilst out on a ride. This can happen with warm (sweaty) hands and damp ones if you put the gloves on with wet hands . Also as above you need to work out what season /thermal insulation levels you want, I suggest you want to look at Held air n dry (or similar) gloves https://www.motorcyclenews.com/bike-kit/gloves/held-air-n-dry-gloves-review/
Beat me to it. Also, gloves, need to fit…like gloves (sorry..) Fit is everything though, after bonded liner. Had a pair of Dainese that were unbonded and they were an absolute pain. Worse once hands are cold and damp and the gloves are damp. Nearly impossible to get back on. Just recently got some waterproof Alpinestars thrown in to the deal with my KTM, with a bit arm twisting to see what else I could get in the deal. They seem to be good and are bonded.
Tempted to say waterproof motorcycle gloves don’t exist. Not one that I’ve wasted money on could stand up to a biblical downpour for hours on end. I’ve never chosen to ride in the wet but been caught out many a time both in the UK and mainland Europe. As has been said, modern, bonded laminated Goretex is the top of the tree but even that fails with use/age. I had a pair of Held that failed after 2 years which were (reluctantly) replaced under warranty. Learned many years ago to carry a pair of the petrol station plastic gloves so you can at least get the wet gloves back on. Bought a very expensive pair of Dainese D dry gloves that fitted in the shop but proved to be far too bulky to use on the bike, no ‘feel’ whatsoever. Andy
I'm using Rukka Apollo, only had then a year so can't speak for longevity but am very happy with then, warm and totally dry so far.
I have a pair of Held gloves very similar to the Air & Dry model in appearance but without the dual chamber thing. Can't see them listed on the Held or SportBikeShop websites so I assume that they've been discontinued. They must be at least 8 years old now. Goretex and with no thermal lining (I have a pair of Furygans for that) and I rarely need one with the Multistrada's heated grips. If I were in the market for replacements I would definately be looking at the current Held range first.
I have a pair of Fieldsheers about 35 years old that still seem waterproof (for my purposes anyway). Leather outer, Thinsulate inner and rubber in between. They're comfortable, flexible, warm. And I got them for the couriering which, at the time, was about the most extreme environment you'd be likely to find, hour after hour after hour. The only way they potentially fell down was in water getting in at the cuff, which was never much of a problem and more down to the cuffs on the jacket (like being caught out because it's cold but not raining, so wearing something warm but light and fashionable, then it pisses down anyway).
I’ve got the same/similar Held goretex gloves and some Held air’n’dry - both are good in the wet in my experience.

I have a pair of spada over gloves which proved to be 100% waterproof during a very wet week on the nc500,,very inexpensive but effective, not elegant but they work,£10:99 on eBay...
How have you found the Revit Dominator gloves – I’m uncertain what Revit’s quality control is like. Any niggles?
Sorry, wrong guy, I have spada over gloves, which work fantastically well, don't let a drop through onto my gloves
