I'm no expert on this particular model, but the AI generated blurb, the tacky add on's (imo) and the weight of the owner (pic 11) would be enough to make me wary.
Yeah that's why I'm after opinions. I'm looking for a red frame mono 749 which is getting rarer and this one seems a not bad price but would need to remove the tacky parts.
Typical of a bike that looks like it's been crashed into a 1980's accessory shop, and looks awful for it. Most bikes that look like that should have had the 'tat' money spent on something useful like servicing, so are often tired under the bling.

I was a drayman in a past life & our company sold pub to a Coffee shop chain just off the The Strand. Seem to remember the business rates were around £900k a year on 2012 , the margins must be good to suffer those figures before you start.

Think lots/most early of sps bikes had kmph clocks, 851 sp3 I almost bought did. My 1997 916sps also has kmph clocks

I have to say, whilst not impossible, the chances of a ring on the rear cylinder snapping, coming out and seizing the engine are pretty slim. It’s not a 2 stroke. It could be anything from simple to quite a bit more involved, but piston ring I doubt.
