I’ve had the misfortune to meet HC in his local pub, where he’s quite the local celebrity. He’s as boring in real life as you’d expect.

Well he was very prolific and a bit of a cad in his day, so not surprised really.

 

He’s an old Etonian but puts on a London accent. In reality he’s posh as they come. Wears a signet ring for a start.
