I've just bought a Puig Sports screen and I'm really pleased with it. I need to put some proper miles on it yet, but first impressions are very good. As others have commented, the lower screen puts your head in the airflow, but the airflow is so much smoother and so my head stays nice and still compared to the DP Touring screen and the original that I've used previously which had me bobbing around all over the place! This is also helped by the addition of the wind deflectors though. I think it looks the dogs!
I bought one of these and few weeks back and found the same results, much better than the DP touring screen with the Aztec spacers, but the spacers do improve a poor design by Ducati massively! How much difference do the side deflectors make? Also has anybody used the Aztec spacers with this screen and if you have what are the results.
Too many combinations to try! I haven't tried the Puig screen without the wind deflectors yet (and probably won't). The deflectors did make a big difference with the DP Touring screen - virtually eliminated the buffetting of my shoulders. I also had the Aztec spacers on my DP screen and will be trying them with the Puig. I just want to give myself a little time with the Puig before trying different stuff. I spent some time today with the Puig at different screen heights but found I preferred full down. This is ideal for me as I prefer the look of it this way. I'll probably try the Aztec's in a week or two. One thing I did notice today was just how many bugs hit you in the visor with the Puig!

I have the wind deflectors and I find they greatly improve the buffeting no matter which screen I use - highly recommended. I currently have a vario ( not the X version ) and finally have a screen that works for big miles, I also have a cut down standard screen for sporty Sundays, both of which are mounted on Aztec spacers for optimum comfort. Give them a try, I'll be surprised if you're not converted. Rivets.
