Two rounds in 2 weeks to come and hopefully "silly season" drawing to a close shortly after. We'll finally see who Ducati have chosen, speed and youth or marcetability. Here's hoping it's the former. As for this weekend, great track, will 93 finally pop his duck or continue to get out-raced by the big boys? Should be a belter
I do hope all the building works have been completed, the circuit was a sh*t hole for the WorldSBK. It will be interesting to see how the MotoGP bikes cope with the track modifications. Andy
Modified the third quarter sequence of bends (again). F1 is off to Madrid and I believe the changes are to secure the track’s future with MotoGP. Seemed to be well received by the WSBK riders earlier this year. Andy
Ive just read that Ianone is coming back to MGP next year with Pramac on a Yamaha, subject to a test. If the test doesnt go "according to plan" hes going to the factory Ducati team in WSB. Make of that what you will.
Found this from last month, https://motorcyclesports.net/andrea...ossible-option-for-pramac-in-motogp-for-2025/. I’ll dig a bit more Andy
And more speculation, https://www.paddock-gp.com/en/motog...un-partenariat-avec-yamaha-et-voici-pourquoi/. Andy
Just seen Cal's going to miss his wild card at Mugello next week ffs, "hand surgery" cited as the reason.
Not everyone's cup of rosy lee but you cant deny he's been a grafter and earnt respect. Official: Aleix Espargaro announces MotoGP retirement at end of 2024 | MotoGP | Crash 3 GP wins and a race winning bike developed. Fairly sure he'll have a future in the "Aprilia family" afterwards too.
No No No, Greg Haines is the commentator for Moto 2 session, PLEASE no more, he already spoils WSBK’s
Turn the sound down, then play the Benny Hill music via your phone. Sorted! If watching via catch up, speed up the video for the full Benny Hill effect!
I'm assuming its because it appears "Gav" is missing this weekend, rather than being a full time thing, although i'm not sure whos the more irritating.
