Apologies for the minor rant. But this is so frustrating. Press the configure button for any given model, and all I get is a blank white screen which refuses to load. It used to work for me perfectly, now not so. Anyone else have this problem? Is there is solution. Thanks, S
Try clearing all your browser cache/cookies or use a different browser. I’ve had the same issues over the past few weeks.
I’ve had the same issue as well, doesn’t matter what browser or what device, even the one and only dealer in ROI has the same issue and can’t use the configurator. I presume (but wouldn’t bet on it) he’s notified Ducati.
Glad (sorry to say) it is not just me. I too have tried different devices, browsers, caching clearances etc. I am sure at some point I saw a dialogue box to the effect that Ducati were soon to be surprising us with a new on line innovation. A working configurator would be good.
