  1. My ohlins always leaked a bit after sitting. I was led to believe the seals were not as tight as on other forks to reduce stiction

  7. Not sure what I’m going to do today, it’s already 26°C and heading for 30°C. Might just lay in a bath of cold water. Andy

  11. A34 and come off at Tot Hill. Left at the top of the slip road, down to the roundabout and turn right on the A339. Kingsclere will, eventually, be on your right. Andy

  14. Here, am I, sitting on my bum...

    (Rutland Weekend Television)

On the outskirts of Swindon, waiting for recovery. Running on one, worse than the 999 did, but anyway so naturally I'm thinking knackered coil.
    Or blocked injector.
As an old mate would have said "ain't it real!"

  15. Bad luck, hope you’re not waiting too long

  17. Eldest daughter is here for 7 weeks (she lives in New Zealand). Spent the day taking full advantage of the weather with a great pub lunch and a round of golf afterwards (son in law, not me. He is a greenkeeper at Ti Arai Links in NZ). Nice to have some time to catch up today. xx

  18. sometimes difficult to use the forum search engine, but covered several times on here, you can easily make an effective cleaner by cutting up a milk bottle and it works every bit as well as a "fork mate".
