Got off a train here this morning... Great day, will post up some pictures once I have been able to download them and resize them (probably once I am back home later in July).

We were only there for the day, mainly for the Ducati museum and factory tour, butwe are staying in Firenze, but we spent a few hours in Bologna itself, and really liked it. We will go back again time permitting, otherwise there's always next time.
Last night we went to see a couple of bands in Newcastle with friends. Today we are going to meet other friends in Hexham for lunch
Heading out to BBQ for 70 adults and 40 kids ……… in the pissing rain. Feel really sorry for the family celebrating the christening of their second born. Andy
We did the tour and stayed in a hotel just around the corner from the factory, can’t remember the name. Roads were awful tho
Been to the tip with the cushions from our old sofa. I'm traditional like that , unlike a lot of people these days which seems to just dump them in any passing place in a country lane Then when and bought some food as we have people coming over tonight for the footie and a barbeque, looks like it might be an indoor affair though .....
Still waiting*..... Whilst waiting, I washed the car and the van, then fitted my wanker plates * see post #91016
Just back from Cardiff after watching the manics …. quick shower & then off to watch Somerset v Gloucester T20 cricket in Taunton … busy weekend
Regripped 30 golf clubs and spent some time trying to hunt down a Starling proof bird feeder. The regripping exercise has proved more successful so far... Was going to play later but I think I might be losing my tee time to an overrunning Pro Am, judging by the thunder claps this end.
Yeah - they're buggers in our garden for knocking down the fat ball dispenser and if that fails they can still hang on and empty in 1/2 a day. The best we found was to hang it in such a position 'inside' a tree or shrub where there is enough space for the little 'uns to fly in but enough small branches to prevent the starlings from doing so.
