749 What Does Race Fit Mean

I think it’s just to let you know it’s intended for racing, I have some of the other covers for my 749 and they go straight on.

 

...or is it only for 'R' models? Otherwise why bother mentioning....?

 

On some Ducatis the GB covers foul the original fairings so they stick that on as a disclaimer on pretty much all of them. On your 749 there won’t be any issues.
