Far Mirror Compatibility

Got a pic of these as Im intrigued. I too have a 916 bip, I have red sp ones on my bike atm but always interested in things I dont know about.

I'm pretty sure all the nose cones are the same so the mirror holes should be too

 

Pretty sure they will. The fixing is the same.

All of the 916/748 generation bikes use the same mirrors, the only thing that changed between Biposto and SP's etc was the material used for the mirror mounts.

 

watch out for the Cagiva Mito variant as looks very similar but mounting face is flat, curved face on Ducati.

 

You also fit mirrors from an MV Augusta, which used to be a thing back in the day, the ones that don't have the indicator built in. They were also manufactured by FAR.

You can fill and paint mirrors, I have done that quite successfully.

 

I am a bit rusty, and maybe I'm missing something Gordon, but why won't that fit? Is it 0859/0860 for left and right?

 

Where're we on this product with the numbers as mine have 4849 stamped on them.

I'm after a pair of original FAR ones in black plastic etc, but i can see that would be an interesting match for odd French folks.

Have been sprayed, pretty good but some marks on one of them, pm in bound
