  1. Await a collection date for my new V4s
Thoughts on essential mods, so far I'm at,
    Paddock stand bobbins - Evotech
    Axle sliders front/rear - Evotech
Sat Nav mount Zumo - Evotech
    Handguards - Evotech
    Tailtidy- Evotech
Rad & Oil Guards - Evotech
    Any other suggestions welcomed.
I will eventually fit an Exhaust, either an Arrow or Akrapovic, just slip on end can.
Really looking forward to the different power delivery after 10k miles on a 950s

  2. Panigale? Or whatever the other one is?

    • Agree Agree x 1
  3. If it was a Panigale, it would be in that bike section, not Multistrada : unamused: Andy

  5. Yep a Multi.

Did a search , couldn't see another thread

  6. There are two treads with the same title on the front page. One from yourself and one from android as far as I can work out…

  7. No, both by Mr Newman, I just replied to one and then put you straight :joy: :D I’m on a roll  Andy

  8. Oh I see. Some merge action required…

  10. One of the best mods is the centre stand, makes parking, storing and maintenance easy. Also upgraded the sump guard as the standard one is flimsy and easily damaged, I didn’t damage mine but managed on a demo bike doing a little green lane riding

  11. Thanks, which sump guard do you recommend?

  12. I went with the Ducati accessory version, got a deal from Ducati Manchester. If they have items in stock are always happy to do a deal. Saved me a fair bit in accessory parts

  13. I prefer the Iconic radiator guards, neater fit to my mind, but they don’t do the header guard

  14. Thanks , yes All guards in my Evotech basket , tail tidy is out of stock , also considering rear footrest delete as I'm not one for pillions.

The Ducati sump guard looks well designed, but kinda fancy a black item

  15. Spray it, or powder coat, can be any colour!

  16. @Martin Newman
IMHO, Axle sliders front/rear and a Tailtidy on a sport touring bike are a waste of good money best used elsewhere:
Front and rear stands if you don't have any,
    Wheel chock,
    Upgrade your riding gear,
    Upgrade the stock seat,
    Quad-lock phone mount,
    Ducc-EE servo eliminator,
    TechSpec lower knee pads,

  17. i disagree, and its personal choice, but axel sliders protect the bottom of the fork legs and rear swingarm in the event of a slide. I know as these protected the bike I purchased damaged. The tail tidy, yes offers less protection from the crap being slung up, but it does improve the looks of the rear end. The ducati tail is massive and for me I wanted the few inches back from the rear to give me a little more room in the garage.

The rear looks a lot cleaner, and the smaller indicators finish it off. More cosmetic than functional.
