  1. I recently sold my 2015 1200 DVT but took all the bits off before it went. Consequently, I will have quite a few bits to sell on. I will list 'em all on here first before moving over to Ebay. On Ebay, they will be more expensive than I offer here

I have an OBD star i-scan, I used it on my DVT and it did everything I needed, ID's faults, resets service lights, enabled fog lights etc. I understand that it does much the same on most Ducati's but will attach some links for you to check and download manuals etc. The unit itself also has a manual on it. I used it maybe a half-dozen times. In true style my service light came on the dash the same day as I was selling the bike and it was due for collection (it had literally been serviced the week before) but I was able to reset it using this device. Otherwise it would have created me more hassle

It is great knowing its there, even if its not used all the time :)

I bought this about 18 months/ 2 years ago from a seller in the UK (NOT from Wish) and in January I purchased a new subscription from the same seller so the unit is fully updated with the very latest firmware which was out in July. That is a 12 month subscription, so as long as you hook up to your wifi, you can keep updating this unit as long as the subscription lasts. If the mood takes you, you can buy further updates after that from BM Diag

You do not need wifi to operate the unit. It is a rechargeable item and the only essential connector is to your ECU multi-plug. It comes with a whole host of Ducati plugs for different models. Most of which have not even been out of the plastic bags. It is pretty simple to use and quite intuitive. Once plugged in to your bike you can use the auto-identify function to be sure you picked the correct model.

More info and manuals etc downloads are here and also details of the seller I bought from who will support units supplied by him

The subscription alone was 80 quid. The unit nearly 400 quid. I want to return £250 please. I prefer bank transfer or cash and meet up. If its being sent, I will include recorded delivery as long as it is not over water or in the expensive bits of the Highlands. I am based in south Yorks if you prefer to meet up. I will drive a reasonable distance of S730 UK sale only

  2. Is this unit only for code scanning of a particular model or is it the professional option that let's you also carry out additional items on the ecu?

  3. Not sure I fully understand your question, but all the functions are explained if you follow the links in the advert.
It basically does what the Ducati Texa unit does.
It reads diagnostics, resets any warning lights, resets any service lights, enables optional electrical equipment and more.
It will work on most recent Ducati's - but as before, see the links. :)

  4. Yea, my bad haha. I followed the links and it answered my question :D
