  5. I've already started the unwrapping process, not too bad so far, will need a full repaint, but some of the parts missing I already have, I note from the sales invoices its already had the head studs done so no need to worry about it blowing its top

  6. Must have been a fan of Jimmy Saville or Rolfe Harris!

  7. looks like it was ridden through an auto-jumble whilst covered in glue

  8. It must have been fashionable at some time ? quite when I haven't got a F%%%ing clue.

  18. Yes the previous owner did a great line in DIY fastners as well to mount the fairing looks like he lost the proper ones and just made them up as he went along IDIOT'S , this is the second MK1 SL I have owned where the seat front frame mounting brackets and rubbers are missing, did some one steal them all back in day ?

  19. Saw that the other day on ebay and looked for it last night, wonder who had bought it ....... congratulations. It's probably not as bad as it looks ? With MK1's selling for £4 - £5k that could be a shrewd move..

Is that one Marvic wheel I see ..

  20. Are you sure its a Mk1 Simon? A 95 (M) would be a Mk2 or 3 wouldn't it?
