Great. I have now remembered why I liked the Pantah so much when they first came out in 1980. Little ride out today accompanying a 1959 Velocette.
The MHR has been sitting for a while waiting for some bits to come back from paint. Picked them up the other day, stoked to be able to put the old girl back together and get out on her again .
Some lovely work going on there - what valve guide seals are you using? Internal 'O' rings or external 'top hat' ones? I've heard the bevel drives in the crankcase can be a pig to shim up correctly... adjusting one can change the settings of the others.
Re building this engine is far beyond my skill set. All the work is being done by Craig Ridgley of CMR Racing
