Custom Multi

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Rob, May 23, 2012.

  1. I saw this over at Custom Ducati Multistrada. It’s the first gen Multi that has had a whole load of mods. The suspension is from a Honda SP-2, headlight from a Yamaha MT-03 and the tail is a modded Aprilia RSV section recreated using carbon fibre.

I thought it was an interesting piece of work, with a lot of dedication and hard graft l

  2. Featured in the custom marquee at WDW2010. V Tasty.

  3. Very very smart....looks fantastic....only thing is you'll have to rub a lot of cream on your girlfriends inner thigh when she burns it on that exhaust....not sure if that's such a bad thing?

  4. What engine is it - it's not the one from the Multi 1200....

  5. I love that. The exhaust is a thing of beauty.

Bob, it's an air cooled Multi.

  6. Wow, that looks good!

  7. There's a blog with the full build catalogued somewhere on the internets. Hell of a lot of work gone into that, but it sure is tasty.

  8. Anyone noticed that his clutch fluid looks like water :D

  9. Mega trick brimming with quality parts............but pretty i wouldnt say so

  10. Why did he chose a Multistrafa and then strip out the electronic suspension? it would have been much easier and cheaper to custom a Streetfighter. I like the aggressive look though.
Agree with Lucazade, I am not sure the clutch is the same one that came with my Multi :)

  11. It's an early, aircooled Multistrada, it didn't have electronic suspension to start with. That ain't a radiator on the side, either...

  12. Mmmmm make sense now
