I thought this deserved a thread of its own rather than sticking it in the wsb thread but omg I’ve never been that fast barring in an aeroplane, fair fucks (although I’m not quite sure what child services would make of it in the uk) https://www.crash.net/wsbk/news/105...year-old-son-breaks-world-speed-record-194mph
When I watched that I kinda felt a bit creeped out tbh. There is no way a 5 year old can comprehend the speed and danger involved in that stunt. I’m not saying he didn’t do the run but to me it’s just a dad pushing his son to do stuff under instruction
exactly this, sorry, don’t care what anyone says, the 5 year old brain isn’t developed in a way that is able to comprehend death, let alone the risks being taken.
But from an other opinion, is that why our young riders or drivers can’t compete with the European competitors. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong before you start
Yep. Like when you see kids in a boxing gym. Do they really want to be there or are their dads railroading them…
Here are the first questions that spring to my mind, reading this: What insurance company would cover that kind of event? Looks official and media covered. Even sponsored?! Would a father really risk the life of his 5 year old child for recreational performance ? Where the heck was the mom?! Whether it really happened or this is another fake news, both ways, I see human decadence at its greatest…
I think our young drivers compete very well. With three Brits in F1 this year and four next, that's more than any other nation.
It is real, have a look at his instagram some of the bike he rides and stunts he does. he walked the carting racing he was doing by a mile.
