Hello from Glasgow! New Ducati owner here, first foray into being on a forum and returning to biking after a long absence I have bought a Ducati Scrambler 803 Nightshift 2021 model. I’m really enjoying it so far, but for my first confidence I’d really like it a couple of cms lower! (I’m 5’3 so a bit on the shorter side ) Do you know if there is a standard lowered seat you can get for this model? Pic attached. Thanks for your advice, and looking forward to being in this forum!
As a fellow shortarse my advice is to live with it for a while. One foot down is fine. It’s all about confidence and definitely don’t get the bike lowered. You will soon get used to it. Welcome and enjoy.
I hadn’t even noticed it had a mudguard! I’ve been a fair weather rider so far (in Scotland’s spectacular summer ) I can’t imagine it’s that effective but I’ll let you know!
