  1. I believe they share the same 'looks ugly, is ugly' body shell.

  5. And don't they have some great cars there? for some reason I always seem to go straight past the Astons, Ferraris et al and get drawn to the pre-war & beyond stuff. There's a lovely old Alvis racer (1 of 7 or some such) down by the toilets that's going for 350k or summat like that.

Btw for everyone delectation here's a picture of a 4C - yum, yum, yum:

  6. With you being a hard up, over worked barrister as well as an all round good egg & me being a generous sort of soul I'll start it off with what ever I have in my trouser pocket as we speak.

Here you go, a grand total of £8.33p

  7. I’m not interested in the Ferraris either, I did like the 6 exhaust pipes coming out of the back of the silver one though!
Old Astons I just love but who doesn’t and I really liked the Land Rover (mk1?) they had and I’m not usually a fan but it was just so nicely done.

  9. Just looked on their web site & yes it is a (1951) Mk1 Land Rover 80IN. 80 inch wheelbase?

And I got it wrong earlier it wasn't an Alvis down by the bogs but a 1935 Riley. A snip at £480K :astonished:

I notice the little leather case to keep your spare Ginsters in & are those lights for Le Man or is it road legal :D

  12. It’s so low that he probably could drive underneath it and the roof would barely scrape the van’s diff casing.

  13. Have the Ginsters bag next to the exhaust and it will be piping when you want it ;)
