Dave, I just got back from riding to Spain and back on the Desmo (which was ace!) but I got knicked twice on the Desmo, once for speed (oops) and once for noise. They were really unimpressed with the sheer volume and I did well to get away with an on-the-spot fine as there was a lot of talk of confiscation...... Don't risk it. Even aside from the logos. I also had all my papers with me, heaven alone knows how that conversation would have gone without......
