That’s inaccurate. The “always a victim” area is too large (it should just be Liverpool) as it encompasses Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and Widnes, which indisputably should be in the “hard as fuck” zone.
Did you buy it? I looked at converting one of these into an overland camper a few years back...the base trucks are really quite cheap here in S France. Ps: dual cab too....defo the way to go...
But how likely is it that a thief would know that and know how to identify one? I imagine that if an Iraqi street vendor were ever fortunate enough to lay his hands on a valuable book then they’d keep it under lock and key or sell it within the trade to someone higher up the food chain.
