Im pretty sure it’s what caused my latest gout flare up, tbh. It’s the only thing I’ve changed in my diet, and I read that yeast extract can be a trigger. So it’s going straight in the bin when we get home.

you guessed better than i would have, above distance between land is around 16 miles, the picture i added earlier (the Bering Strait) is around 53 miles (again, land to land) between Russia and Alaska.

 

The Bab el-Mandeb Strait

A little further north the fishing is superb as there is frequently a conflict so very few fishing boats. If you throw a hook out, with no lure whatsoever, you catch a large fish almost immediately everytime.
