Hi to all. In need of advice on how to remove 748 inner headlight bulbs. Do these just pull out or require pushing & turning ? Many thanks in advance
Hi Martin. Thank you for the reply. Yes sorry,the 2 inner sidelights. Have really pulled on the rubber boot & wires but won't budge
you are right, i can remember having the same problem. I think it's a result of the rubber housing "grommet/sleeve" getting slowly baked over the years if it hasn't been removed in 10 years or more. all you can do is carefully continue rocking and pulling on the body/wire, and it might help to get some rubber grease or penetration spray around the area. Mine did come out by pulling on the wire mainly in the end, which luckily didn't break but i think that's what you have to be prepared for - it's a crazy set-up.
