Not sure how you know it's not my local dealer! But I'd heard good things about this established family business (they only sell and service Ducatis) from other riders and it was convenient because I happened to be working nearby when the bike was coming up for its service. I will definitely take it there again though.
I use Snell's too, theyre 30 odd mikles from me, and I have P&H nearer but they wont get a $dime out of me, possibly because when I went there months ago, and enquired about service and recall work they never bothered calling back, when you use Snell's you get the feeling its not just a job, and they enjoy it, like you say, being Ducati only they are specialists, not Jack of all trades, masters of none,
