  1. Has anyone tried Ashwagandha tablets? They are meant to help calm your nervous system, on Saturday I’m embarrassed to say I had a massive panic attack which at first I thought was a heart attack and it was also infront of the police (who walked off and left me by the way and my wife came home and found me gasping for breath on the bedroom floor) to make it worse.
I’m not sleeping either as you can tell from the time I’m posting this
I’ve bought some to try anyway so I’ll be the Guinea pig.

  2. 2 tablets every day...for months and months. It helps, but only as a part of the management of "things". Make sure you check actual active content of the capsules as there are loads of scam sellers.

  3. Brilliant, I went for a brand with good reviews , it says one 1000mg tablet a day so I’ll try that for starters. The magnesium I’ve been taking for months isn’t doing anything but it was worth a try. Thank you again TRM for your valuable help.:upyeah:

  4. Yes I use them twice a day.

TBH I can’t say I’ve noticed much difference but I’ve got a lot going on so that may be me.

Am staying away from booze for as long as possible to see the effects. Likely positive so will reports back.

Am determined to make some lasting changes to my lifestyle.

  5. I’ve hardly drank in a very long time now and it’s makes very little difference to my anxiety levels to be honest but we all react differently so hopefully it improves things for you.
