    Thanks to @cookster for working late on a Friday evening to get the MOT done. Legend.

  2. Forum seems to be decapitalising thread titles… bike names need full respect :joy:

  3. Idiosyncratic nature of the software and yes, infuriating :joy: Andy

  4. She’s a beauty!

    I lusted after one of those back in the day. Still do now, but physically wouldn’t be able to ride it more than 5 minutes at a time:(

    Have fun and enjoy it:upyeah::)

  6. A good looking nice bike that I'm absolutely sure you will enjoy very much.
    I had one of the last black models, and I enjoyed every aspect of owning and riding it.
    I finally sold it and bought an S1000RR, which was also enjoyable, but not in the same way as a big twin.
    I have regretted selling it ever since.
    Good luck with a great bike.
    This is mine just before I sold it.

  7. I finally rode a sorted SP2 a few years ago and loved every second of it. Had I have ridden one sooner I’d probably have owned less Ducatis than I have. It was the only Honda I’ve ridden that had soul and character and just felt like a super stiff but somehow plush (I know it makes no sense) experience.

  13. My sp1 was a bike i could corner knee down anywhere, the ohlins transformed the bike, I ran it with standard exhausts but a k&n filter purely for the intoxicating induction noise, a knee down wheelie machine, brows of hills were sought out with relish .I even managed to sneak it into my kitchen.i bought it brand new from my local Honda dealer for.....£6200.
    Wish id bought ten. Stephens_VFR_002.jpg sp1078.jpg sp1045.jpg NW200_071.jpg NW200_067.jpg

  17. Different bike altogether, tiny, like riding a two wheel ferrari, I'd rather ride the sp1 though.
    The 30 was to small for me, handled like a dream and rather than o-60 it was an A to B bike, really fast across country, comparing it to the sp1 is like comparing a two stroke to a 4 stroke.
