Is it a wet cell battery? The reason I ask is I had a starting issue until I realised the battery acid was well low.

Which means lasts two years then chuck away My 911 is also dead. That lives on a maintainer, never had issue when it’s been on but it’s dead entirely. Again showing over 12v but won’t even light up ignition The scurge of having vehicles and not using them enough. Tbh since Covid bollox I barely get out these days other than bit of golf, often on my own

Started my 996 up for the first time in 5 years. Forgotten how different they sound to a modern bike such as a Panigale
was it a fuel pump/hose fail that stopped you starting it more regularly? I have this "hurdle"on mine (996) also for around 5 years, i ought to get on and do it next year..
I have to say it was laziness. Its an sps track bike and was put to the back of the garage after I rebuilt the engine and it was supplanted by a panigale. I want to use it on classic track days so it needs to get up and running
