Bridgestone T30 tyres

  1. Well, I've totally gone against what seems to be the majority view on here, and my own instinct and I'm having a pair of Bridgestone T30 tyres fitted tomorrow. I have PR3s on at the moment and really rate them but they seem to be in short supply at my dealer (?) and I thought I'd try a pair of these. Anyone got any advice regarding pressures for the Multi 1200?

  2. Amazing tyre! Tried the t30 at haslems on the fireblade they are amazing for a sport touring tyre! Never once did the slip, or lose grip no matter how ham fisted I was!

  3. The difference is tyre life, wear consistency and wet weather performance.

  4. no experience with the Jap rubber but PR3s are great tyres. I had four sets on my ST and have had them fitted to my Multi. Great wet-weather grip and reasonably durable - at least compared with the Pirelli Scorps.

  5. same here, two sessions at Donington both on 600 and Fireblade and no problems at all. I was going to fit them to my Multi but I was quoted £265 fitted. Went with Roadsmart 2's instead.

  6. It's a good day out! Want price did you get the roadsmarts for?

  7. £247 fitted with £25 cash back from Dunlop. National Tyres Barnsley

  8. Had first ride today in dry and wet on new T30s. So far so good! No problems at all. And I was pushing a bit in the wet to test them a bit!
