Yup, transformed mine, on the price - I'm sure the seller is open to offers I can't find it new anywhere and Öhlins says its discontinued https://www.ohlins.eu/en/products/motorcycle/35000-03--3888/ - I vaguely remember paying around £350 from JHS - but that was a while ago!
That has disaster written all over it. Most caravans are rated to carry very little weight, with weedy axles and very little subframe apart from the main chassis rails. Also, you need weight on the nose of a trailer for it to tow well, or even just safely. Loading up a bike behind the axle like he suggests is an invitation to lose both the caravan and bike.
I did wonder if he actually used it with a bike in there as no photo and a thin ramp for such a large bike,
