BT Complaints Dept??

Discussion in 'Lounge' started by El Toro, Sep 4, 2013.

  1. Does anyone here actually know an address for these people. Or an email address to a senior management person there? It has to be a UK address please.

I've now spent over 7 hours on the phone to this bunch of cock suckers and I've lost the will to live.

And I can't even get a decent curry recipe from them either.

  2. I have tried that and also their "chat" service. I am no further forward. Their customer service is actually a "customer disservice".

It's not a case of not getting the answer I want...............it's a case of not getting any answer at all. It truly is a shite service so far.

Everything is now documented for a written complaint. :-/

  4. I have been to every dept possible (or at least it feels that way) both in this country and India.

They are clueless. But I'm sure they are trained to wear you down so you will piss off.

A strong letter of complaint together with an invoice for my time will be drafted by the weekend.

  5. Don't know if this is any good, but try this Email address for the BT Retail Managing Director, Warren Buckley (Company Number: 04190816)

And for anyone else that is needed.........CEO email addresses - E-mail address database of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Managing Directors - list - UK - US - Asia - customer services - customer care - boss - top man - top woman

I did have a number that was a direct lline into the CEO's office, because I had a lot of trouble with BT..........unfortunately I can't locate it, but I have assigned the 'bloodhound' to the case (or in other words, she 'kin well filed it, so she can 'kin well find it)

  6. Thank you so much. I've been trying to find his email all day. Thank you again :upyeah:

  7. I work for the Bt group, (openreach) is your problem with your actual service provider ( BT ) what's the issue?

  8. sir Michael Rake is the chairman, Ian Livingstone is current ceo, but Gavin Patterson is being promoted to this level, for reasons of not losing my head, I cant give more info:rolleyes:

  9. Thanks for everyone's help so far. A letter of complaint detailing the whole catalogue of errors/events has just been sent to Mr Buckley. Let's see how he performs.

  10. You probably won't get a reply from him as senior managements mailboxes are normally dealt with by their PA's. I left BT due to the terrible customer service. I'm surprised that this has not been a newsworthy event. The thing that gets me is that they expect to be still paid when I didn't have Internet access for nearly a month, and I also needed at the time to work from home... I switched to Virgin which isn't much better...

  11. You can get hold of Warren Buckley on twitter very easily and things get sorted quickly but I know a lot of you oldies don't have time for twitter.

  12. What's Twitter?

  13. You'd hate it, there's loads of non-whites on there

  14. Huh? What's up with that? I don't mind those of an ethnic 'minority' as long as they are not robbing, blowing things up or being knob tards!

  15. Rung BT twice and was put on hold, stayed on the phone waiting for an answer for over an hour each time and thats no exaggeration, I hung up in the end and cancelled my direct debit with them. Sooner or later they'll ring me!!

  16. I've spent in excess of 9 hours trying to sort this out on the telephone. I've sent them an invoice for my time.
