I can’t imagine they are busy enough tbh given that most people that comment on here say they are now selective when they open and in my experience don’t seem particularly keen on business
Ray in the workshop left over a year ago and went to Snell’s, Andrew in sales left 11 months ago to go to a family run non franchised dealer and Andy the workshop manager got a better offer from BMW cars about 6 months ago. Andy
Have they replaced Andrew, thought MR were backing away from selling new bikes. Hope they continue offering parts as Craig and Luke are the best, been using them for years.
Agreed about Craig and Luke, even though I find it hard to tell them apart when speaking to them on the phone. They both have the same mannerisms and almost robotic approach, but always get it spot on
^^^^^As you're an insider Andy, i'd love to know what the Ducati dealers pay their spannermen, from entry level with a few years on the speedometer wages to someone that has twenty years experience with their product factory trained. 1, £.............................. 2, £,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Found Craig and Luke fantastic to deal with and always had a bit of banter Unfortunately Brexit put that to an end , still at a loss getting parts today
Craig got me a new top rad for me 899 after mine mysteriously leaked on its rear face while in for Desmo service. Good service from him.
There is no broad brush argument, no two garages pay the same wages, will be based on so many variables, and no business in their right mind releases their salary scales.
