Hi all, after riding my 2014 Fireblade for the last 10 years I decided to go for something a bit more upright for a change. Always been intrigued by the Ducati V4 engine so I now own a 2024 Streetfighter V4S. I’ll get some better pictures when the sun comes out.
I’ll definitely be keeping the Fireblade, it’s still a fantastic bike no electronics or abs and it’s never missed a beat the almost 10 years I’ve owned it, and to think it’s based on a 2008 bike. Whether it comes out of the garage any time soon is another story. As for the streetfighter it’s a completely different animal, I think I’ll be having too much fun on it to think about anything else. Anyway here’s a picture of the blade, just couldn’t let it go.
The Streetfighter V4S looks amazing. A big jump in electronics - a colour dash and a fuel gauge ! I had a Blade as well. Went to the TT on it one year. Such a comfortable bike.
Yes, that is right. A few pictures of that bike on the Fireblde forum - and yours looks familiar as well. I moved to this form after buying a Monster 821. Paulo bought a Ducati as well - so he might be around here on this forum Lozzie still a loyal Fireblade owner ? The last time I was on there, she had a very nice SP version.
Hadn’t been on the Fireblade forum for a while until recently, all the spam was doing my head in, maybe @Rob could take a look if he’s still a moderator. I think Paulo let his Panigale go and now has a R1 and Lozzy still has the SP.
