What Are You Watching......?

  1. Been very enjoyable so far. Evans leading them halfway through the 18 stages. Been some mad crashes Neuville snapped his rear axel and had to crawl to the end of the stage and Tanak finished stage 7 with literally half of the back of his car left in a ditch. Horrible conditions to rag a rally car in too, neither here nor there. Remember playing Colin McRae in days of yore on ps1 and Monte Carlo was always snow and ice not mud and damp roads .

  6. Big Bash League 14 final; if you like crash & bash cricket it's well worth a watch.

  7. Rebel Ridge. Had the makings of a Reacher type thing, never got going, 2hrs of wasting time. 1 star review

  8. Dare I admit I watched Guy Martin on Sunday evening.

Fair play to the way he mucked in on the trawler.

Rock up and spend 4 days at sea on a trawler with a load of guys you've not met, considering the reputation for the conditions etc.
You have to admire his spirit.

I do wonder how well the Camera man and Sound guy coped.

  11. To be fair I couldn’t have afforded a car at the age of eight.
    Cool work though.

  16. It’s crazy but I had been sat on on his lap driving cars and truck since about 5. Maybe younger. I spent several summers out at dawn with him, used to pull over a mile from Plymouth or wherever he was dropping off and I’d jump in the back with all the boxes and hide.

  19. We shared a very similar experience as youngsters.
On one occasion the fire was so big the glass in the windows of the houses opposite got too hot to touch. Our house was one of them!
    Kids eh!

  20. Yes, you think we’ll just start a little fire here then nature takes over next thing you know whole rows of sheds and fences are combusting.

I blame the 70’s and only having 3 channels on TV lol
