Did you note the fact that the KTM lc4 engine has better low down performance than the 698.(still not as well made as the hyper though) I haven’t bought an aftermarket can in a very long time, IMO they’re just not worth the money for a negligible gain. I may buy one for my GG but purely for aesthetic’s.
The termi exhaust comes with a remap which sorts the problem but I like you don’t want a termi exhaust ( for different reasons) I’m hoping there will be an after market remap available soon, I personally think Ducati should resolve the problem but they talk a lot of nice words with little action
Usually Ducati are pretty good at updating maps for bikes. My V4 Multi had one or two in my ownership. Shift Tech Carbon were selling a module to fool the bike into thinking its colder than it really is to pump more fuel into the engine which those who have tried it say it makes it better at low rpm.
This is the most interesting video. It seems that the airbox lid change and Sprint filter makes quite similar gains to the Termi system for just £100.
If you buy the full system it comes with a filter and new air box lid with slots in as well as the remap, I'm having mine fitted on 17th February at Ducati Coventry, got the exhaust for £1500 and they're charging £250 to fit it all and remap etc. Buzzin.
I am a little worried about as I’m a shorter rider.. Will be going for the lower seat and hopefully I’ll be able to get the balls of feet in the floor I have 27.5 inch Inseem any advise from shorter riders please
There is a lowering kit but the bike isnt as tall as the numbers suggest because of the narrow seat. Its also very light so one foot down only is no issue at all.
Thanks. Not sure whether that system would fit my GasGas? The clip I posted seems to show that keeping it standard cans with a sprint filter is the way as there are negligible gains if any with aftermarket cans.

Anyone know if the wheelie assist that is unlocked with the race Termi system can be unlocked on its own without that system?
I don't think dealers can unlock anything. The bike is linked to Bologna via the Ducati software and everything is downloaded from there.
