Phone again with Son, he’s saying there just too much snow out in Japan and he needs another brand new snowboard (swallowtail)to cope with the amount of powder that overwhelming the piste bashers and to board the back country.
Sounds like the perfect excuse to go and buy a board to me.

I’m 50 today, no one is more surprised than me that I made it this far. It drags on a bit.

After a delay, I’ve assigned my number plate, transferred the tracker and sorted the insurance for the new to me MTS Rally. Similar for my wife’s car.
I’ve also signed up for the Malle Artic Rally with a mate.

I swear the years started to accelerate once I reached 50

 

Just been down to our local that had an ambulance parked near it most of the day. Turns out the landlord Rich died early this morning from a heart attack. 65 years old.
