Fabio/yamaha gaining 8/10ths of a second in 12 months or does their bike just enjoy Sepang? My moneys on the latter for now.
Some times from Jerez M3/2 test... Bit disappointing from Jake, although not quite as disappointing as Tony Arbs and Colin Veijer...pretty slow start to his M2 career for the reigning M3 champ too which doesnt seem to be that uncommon these days... https://www.crash.net/moto2/results/1063601/1/2025-moto2-jerez-test-results-day-1
Decent days work from Ogden, not so much EOS and M Lav https://www.crash.net/moto3/results/1063609/1/2025-moto3-jerez-test-results-day-1 If Piqueras doesn't walk the title this year, i will eat my own leathers.
Jake is within 55/1000ths of his team mate and the MVDS bike is very different to his ride from last year. IMO, it’s definitely a make or break season for Jake though. Andy
The Boscoscuro was THE chassis to have when Moto2 switched to Pirelli tyres. Kalex were playing catch up last season and would seem to have the edge going in to the new season, which, to be fair, could have been predicted by the end of last season. After a season fighting the WP suspension, Jake is back to square 1. He has the experience but needs his head to be in the right place. I’m keen for the start of the new season and hope to find my enjoyment of Moto3 and Moto2 which wained a little last year. Going to need something to offset the potential borefest that will be MotoGP. Andy
