I hope they offer The International at least - would also keep the cost down a bit compared to full GP.
yeah expecting a price hike, dont mind if its reasonable but my limit is once the cost matches two days elsewhere then have to review. I burn through tyres a bit quicker there aswell so a hidden cost, but dont mind at all Never done either short circuit, sadly the whole maggots/beckets bits is one of my favourite bits, followed by luffield Just looking at layouts now though to see whats what
Meantime in Spain, where they actually like motorcycles, they build new tracks like Navarra and Seville. I have even entered the sub-category of Supermoto in Spain which is cheap (€50 per day) and amazing fun.
Trouble with silverstone gp is that apart from the horrendous costs, it’s such a long lap you get about 4 in a session! And then there is the width which tbh does make it all feel quite slow as there is no sense of speed
Apparently there are three dates this year, all full GP. 27 May (just after motoGP weekend) 16 June 13 August. Go up on the site next week. Cost unknown.
I dont mind paying, but I do mind 4 groups. Thats why I dont really do Brands GP anymore, love the track but the day is too broken up and feels too long between sessions in the morning
There is a change on the page and it says priced from 329 - that’s a bit more of a jump from the 280 it was than was expecting
In previous years the earlier dates were a little cheaper. Could be that? I see Brands is £279 now for the GP.
So choices for me on May option - Either Donny and Cadwell, or one Silverstone Ive booked August but having a serious ponder on the other dates
